The following are UNAPPROVED minutes from the 7/22/03 Board meeting. This information has also been provided in paper copies in the info boxes by the pool.

Call to Order: President Paul Woods called the meeting to order in the home of Dick Lewis at 7:10 P.M.
Determination of Quorum:

In addition, Tricia Edwards, representing Meridian Management was also present. She noted that Virginia Grays was once again absent due to personal reasons.
A quorum was present.
Minutes:
Dick Lewis presented the minutes from the June 24, 2003, Board Meeting. Under ''Walking/Fitness Trail'', it was amended to indicate that Tricia Edwards indicated grants were available instead of Jeanne Gullion. Minutes were then approved as amended.
Treasurer?’s Report:
The report was submitted showing a cash balance as of June 30 of $8,975.63. However, in the interim, the Property Tax Bill of $4,922.13 was paid, along with other expenses, reducing the balance to $979.99. No information was available yet regarding appealing the high tax bill. Collections run approximately $9,000 per month, so the cash reserve should start to be replenished soon. The report was accepted.
