I'm with you, now what?

OK, now the problem is defined. What is the solution? As a board member, I want to know and want to help resolve the problem. Do we identify the kids and then go to the parents as concerned citizens, do we call the law? As I understand it, we first have to advise the child that they are not welcome on our property, after that you may call the police therefore giving the child a good start on their future encounters with the law. I don't mean to be harsh about this but if the parents don't care enough about the kids at this point there is very little chance that their interest will increase in the later years and they will just visit on weekends along with the usual scan and frisk. Best advice is to just call the police, the more police we see in this neighborhood, the better.
