A NEW HOME!
About 3 weeks ago, work was started on a brand new home on this lot. The home is a project of Habitat for Humanity. So, take on those lousy ''contract sale'' slumlords. Let them know we are watching if they just slap some vinyl over a decripit building to take advantage of less knowledgeable home-buyers. Make sure they get building permits and don't take down the notices of buildings being ''unfit'' so buyers don't know what they are getting into. Apparently, this one got so tired of my persistence he ended up giving the lot away and we all gain from the new home!
