Iroquois Heights Neighborhood Association-IHNA

In the last 6 months there have been several car break ins, mailboxes being tampered with, speeding, and kids that don't even live back here walking the streets at night that I'm sure are up to no good. Do we have a neighborhood watch? I have contacted metro about more police presence because it seems to be getting out of hand. Any suggestions? We live on the mail circle and it appears we get a lot from the apartments????
