I talked to Suzanne Jenkins today and was informed by her that she was able to have the road widening construction of Hoga Road removed from the proposed budget again. What this means is that once again it is not on the board for any funding or planning and no futher actions will take place to plan for it. But, it does not mean the proposal won't come up again. I assure you that it will. We must always be on our guard and watch for these proposals so we can take action on them before they become to big to fight. But for now we can relax a bit as it is no longer in the planning stages. I may have some other good news to report on ways to restrick traffic flow onto Hogan Rd. I'll let you know as soon as it become a sure thing.
