SUGGESTION: Should we run across competent or efficient vendors who perform at a reasonable price (i.e. carpet cleaners, painters, plumbers, homeowners insurance agents, veterinarians, etc.) let's list these vendors by name and telephone, so that we can all benefit. I'm not talking now about pursuing claims against the contractor or under the warranty, but rather ongoing routine matters and maintenance.

A page could be added to this website for ''Preferred Vendors'' And these should be legit vendors, not your Uncle Harry who once unstopped your sink.
