Can anyone update me on how the project with getting a YMCA built in the Argyle area is going????

My Opinion-- I believe that a YMCA in the area would be very beneficial. It would provide a much needed outlet for some of the families that travel downtown and across Jacksonville a place and chance to workout if desired. I am new to the area and believe the YMCA offers a very fun family oriented outlet for all to enjoy. It could provide children an activities outlet and teach them some of the fundamental skills necessary to function in life. The opportunities are endless for what could be accoomplished with the local YMCA. Currently I live in the back of Argyle and depending on the traffic and time of day it could be a 25 minute drive to the closest YMCA off of Blanding by Walmart.
