Your Neighborhood assn. has watched traffic density and speeds increase substantially on Hogan Road since Parental Home Road was ''improved''. Load limit signs were removed while repaving and bridge repairs were done. they were never reinstalled. Speed limit signs were changed to 35MPH and 40MPH although Hogan Road is our COLLECTOR STREET--not a connector from parental home to Southside Blvd., or a bypass around traffic lights on Beach Blvd. Do you support our efforts to correct this situation?
