The sidewalk area along Losco Rd. which borders the homes on Sidesaddle often needs mowing, edging, & clean up during the summer. Some homeowners with access try to maintain this area however seldom is the entire strip cut/cleaned at one time which reflects on the entire community.
Is this an area that we would want the homeowners association to mantain in addition to the the entrance at Losco & Percheron? Currently each homeowner is expected to maintain this area which is difficult to access for those without a gate.
