If a roof salesman tries to convince you that you are entitled to a "free roof" because of weather related roof damage, (like hail damage or loose shingles) before you sign anything, call at least 1 other roofing company for another opinion.
(If there is no storm damage, and your roof is just "old", your insurance company could demand you immediately replace your roof - at your expense!)
