Jefferson Neighborhood Association

A second (there may be more than these two that I have been made aware of) dog poisonings has just occurred.  There have been an alarming increase of Jefferson students utilizing the alleys in our neighborhood in recent months.  Especially the alley of Meredith Dr. Dogs are continuing to be poisoned in this area.  The vets are determining that the dogs were poisoned with rat poison pellets.  Animal Cruelty has been informed of the poisonings.  Police monitoring of these alleys need to be set in place in order to protect not only our pets; but our property and ourselves.
