I walk neighborhood daily with my dog - on a leash. Within the past month there have been an increase number of dogs roaming on Forest. These dogs approach and bother my dog  Perhaps the neighbors need a reminder from Homeowner's Assoc. about Tangi's leash law. If I continue to run into a problem with these dogs I will have no choice but to call Animal Control.

I have noticed this too.

Tangipahoa does have a leash law and the parish will enforce these laws.

It means that if your pet leaves your property, it needs to be on a leash.
