I'm asking all the neighbors in Jefferson Court who walk their dogs to please start picking up after them. Dog mess is piling up at the base of my mail box and being left at the edge of my drive. Need I say more....Baybe a note in the news letter may help?

I FULLY agree. It's getting out of hand. There is TWO people I've witnessed on State Street that let their dogs mess on my lawn. Every day I check the mail and the smell is disgusting. It's funny because the woman looks all over as if she's worried someone will see her. Normally, she lets her dog mess on one of the lots that are open, but when her husband or kids walk the dog, they go whereever. Isn't there a city law about this? If not, there should be. And what about a subdivision law? I'm tired of it, too!!!
