Just want to let everyone know that there has been hail damage in our neighborhood. As I was cleaning the gutters, I noticed an abnormal amount of the shingle rock grains. I called a roofer and he verified hail damage. So far, damage has been confirmed on several houses in Phase 2.
Also, if you have work done, you'd be wise to use a reputable contractor. I have had several knock on my door that have been in business less than 6 months.
