I want to change my house trim from brown to the reddish terracotta color I see around the neighborhood. Can someone from the HOA board or who has this color trim please tell me the brand/name of the color?

The HOA does not keep a list of colors.  All you need to do is select the color you would like and submit it to the architectural committee for approval.  As long as it is earth tone (as it should be if it is on other homes) and compliments your home and the neighborhood, there should be no reason you can't change the color.  BUT, you must submit for approval before starting the work (if you wish to do it by the rules...)
