Demolishing another historic hom

Posted in: Lake Eola Heights Historic
Requesting permission to demolish yet another historic home?…
?… in order to build a new 3-story office building and parking lot.

The property is right across the ?“Renewed American Home?”
on 334 Broadway Ave.

This house was built on 1921. And though it is not the most eye appealing property, neither were the ones that most of us have bought in the neighborhood, which were gems on the rough, and turned out great after renovations. That is what ?‘living in a historic neighborhood?’ is about?… restoring history for us for the community.
New offices are being built daily on the other side of the lake?… let?’s not continue to lose hour history to developers that want to buy a more affordable land by buying historic houses and demolish them. There are plenty of locations available to build offices outside our neighborhood.
One more note?… how many more gorgeous trees are we going to continue to lose to massive buildings coming into our neighborhood?
