Be a responsible dog owner and take your dogs droppings to your own trash can... just because someone else's can is sitting by the curb on trash day and they havent brought it in, doesnt mean it is for neighborhood use! It means they are not home from work! Have some resepect for your neighbors... how would you feel if they starting unloading garbage at your house?
