Architectural Review Board

The Board of Directors has approved Architectural Guidelines (these can be obtained through Greystone Managment) to establish community standards in order to maintain the aesthetic look and architectural harmony. Furthermore, the standards are intended to ensure our property values while maintaining a safe, clean and favorable environment for our families.

The guidelines do not supersede writeen permissions form teh ARB. you must still fill out an application form and submit it (in duplicate), along witha ny plans, drawings, and permits, to the ARB for written and signed approval before you begin any exerior changes, installation, landscaping, painting, or construction.

The ARB will review all applications fora ny and all exterior property improvements, changes, installations, exterior lighting, painting, and/or landscpaing. If you are not sure about your project or have any questions, please contact a memeber of the ARB. Applications may be obtained from Greystone Mangement (the form will soon be available on the web site) at (407) 645-4945 or www.yreyston-mgmt.com. The ARB will respond to your application within 30 days of its reciept of the application and all other required documentation.

When planning any exterior project that might impact your neighbors, it's a good idea to consult your neighbors, share with them what you have in mind to do, and ask if they have any objections. This socially responsible approach may well help foster cooperation and consent.

Please note, the Board of Directors has adopted a general enforcement policy for violations of any provisions of the ARB guidelines, the Declaration and any other ruelse and regulations adopted by the Boards. In general, the policy provides for an initial violation notice letter from teh Association, folowed, if necessary, by a second violation notice letter. if the matter is not resolved at this level, then the Board of Directors may turn the matter over to the Association's legal counsel for appropriate legal action. Pursuant to the Declaration, the Association is entitled to recover against the offending Owner reasonable attorney's fees, whether or not a lawsuit is filed. therfore, Owners are encourages to make every effort to resolve the situation at the "local" (i.e., Board) level, before any attorney involvement becomes necessary.

Kenmure is located off of Brooks Lane in the heart of Seminole County. We are within mintues of all major shopping areas, including the Ovideo Marketplace mall.

Our Neighborhood is a gated community consisting of 172 oversized lots, a park with a playground area and pavillion and beautiful conservation areas.
