Kenmure Homeowners Association

We all receive letters from the HOA management company, I am sure we do. But am I the only one who takes offense to the tone they display in the letters? Threatening, in bold capital font? What happened to professional attitudes from a company that is supposed to 'represent' us? I for one do not want to represented in that way
