Originating in 1991, Kensington Farms is a thriving community on the far east side of Lawrence Township in Marion county. Kensington Farms comprises 538 homes and approximately 2000 residents. Kensington Farms boasts a generous set of amenities such as a community pool facility with a large swimming pool and kiddie pool, walking/running paved paths, a tennis court, a ball field, and over 900,000 sq. ft. of common grounds.
