I agree with the nitpicky letters issue.  We have spend several hundreds of dollars to replaced the fence several times and we still keep getting letters about a small area that is supposably rotten. And naturally, during trash days, the trash cans are going to be on the edge until the owners get home from work. We need to get together and vote to get whoever is doing this nitpicky to be replaced.

When trash cans are not put away, OUT OF SIGHT, then you will receive a letter and/or fine.  If you follow the rules you would have nothing to complain about.  Quit your bitchin!!
