A resident on Green Meadow Circle told me that on the weekend of 10/27-28/07 he took his dog out into his back yard and observed a male subject approximately 6' tall climbing over the rear fence to his property. When the neigbor shined his flashlight on this subject the unknown person ran down the railroad tracks. Checking his backyard the neighbor found that his tiller and a leaf blower had been placed by the fence in the rear of his property apparently in an attempt to steal these items. These items had been in a unlocked shed.

A reminder to all neighbors is to keep all your tools locked away in a shed or other secure area, and never leave your backdoor unlocked while you or in the frontyard of your home.
