Kudos to Mayor Robertson! And just think, if all of you naysayers had gotten your way, another City would've graced the cover of the Courier-Journal's Neighborhood section this morning.
Regardless of what has been spent, whether you agree with it or not, it was earned back in spades by the positive way in which Woodlawn Park was portrayed in that piece.

A great city long before today!
Obviously you are not a long time resident of Woodlawn Park, say 30-40 years. We have had a great city long before today's article. We accomplished that without spending money on a piece of property that only fuels our Mayor's ego. The article was nothing more than a glorified pat on the back of the Mayor given to him by himself! One has to wonder, is he making a personal retreat for himself on Walser? Woodlawn Park will always be a St.Matthews treasure with or without Tim Robertson.

Amen to that!!! The neighborhood was alot better 30+ years ago. With out all the crap that goes on today. People are neighborly anymore and have there nose where they don't belong. People whom has moved in the neighborhood from somewhere else that has to run for office and force there ideas on everyone else. Self serving. And all the brown nosing of some, and pick on others. And form committees to destory other peoples property. Just for there own personal evil ways. One day everyone will have to answer for everything they have done in life.
