WM v ID

We had ID at our previous neighborhood and also had issues with them taking anything that wasn't in a can, no matter how small it was.

For example, I had cardboard boxes, completely broken down, sitting beside the can. They refused to take them.

In my short experience so far with WM, they are much more flexible in what they will take.

I like Waste Management

Using them now. Good service. Will pick up anything. No contract. One large piece / week is a plus.

ID recycling?

Why did ID not include a cost for recycling? Is this included in the quoted price? Thanks.
