Zoning and Variance:
Variance requested by 2500 Thomas for front sidewalk and steps to replace existing items. ‘No objection’ vote passed.
Duplex 2206 W. 21st St.
The property came before the Zoning Board. Request for non-conforming 3rd unit was denied in absence of demonstrated continued use. Nov 13th is date of appeal. Meeting to be held Tuesday 1:30 PM, Room 132, City Hall.

City Council:
Intersection of Newton & Oliver traffic management. Stop sign to be placed on Oliver and Oliver Place. Neighbors support implementation by Laurel Paller-Rzepka
Library design kickoff week 11/26 thru 12/2.
Lunch with Lisa to be held at La Toscana the 4th Wednesday of the month.
Hidden Beach:
The joint task force, with members from the KIAA Board, KIAA residents, Park Board, and Cedar Lake Park Association, has met. The next meeting is 11/14, 7pm at the RecCenter. Vivian Mason will be invited.
