About Our Neighborhood

Kesslebrooke Station is a subdivision of 97 single-family homes and two-family townhomes located in the city of Delaware in Delaware County near Columbus, OH. It is part of the Olentangy Local School District which has been rated as "Excellent" by the state of Ohio ratings standards for the last three years.

All homes in the neighborhood were constructed by Maronda Homes between 2001 and 2004 on what once was part of the Lane family farm and the homes are a mix of ranch and two story contemporary designs with a blend of siding, brick, and stone exterior finishes. All homes have two-car garages and basements. The entrance to the neighborhood is flanked by ponds on both the North and South sides with decorative fountains and there is a community park located in the middle of the southern loop of the neighborhood.

About Our Homeowners Association

Control of the Kesslebrooke Station Homeowners Association was officially turned over to the residents in April of 2005 at which time a three person board of trustees was elected to run the association with the aid of a professional property management company. The trustees are elected to staggered terms such that one position is open for election each year at the annual meetings which are held in the month of April. In April 2006, the board assumed full control of the association from the management company and now manages all aspects of the association's operations.

The association's fiscal year coincides with the calendar year and the dues to the association are either prepaid in full on an annual basis by the first of the year or on a monthly installment basis with each month's dues payable by the 10th of that month.

The association is responsible for maintenance of all common areas (i.e., the park, entrance, fountains, road frontage, etc.), management of the finances and operations, enforcement of the covenants and restrictions, the annual block party, yearly community garage sale, Halloween dinner and costume parade, and other activities and events.
