Keystone Manors, also called Keystone Crossing, is a gated community with 24 hour 365 days a year security, located off of Gunn Highway just north of South Mobley Road in Hillsborough County, Florida. Even though the mailing address is Odessa, FL 33556, Keystone Manors is closer to Citrus Park which is a suburb of Tampa. There are 164 homes in the community with over 50 homes located on either Lake Maurine or on one of three large conservation ponds. The community has a covered pavilion with picnic tables, restrooms and a BBQ grill, a basketball court, 2 tennis courts and playground equipment for children. Located less than a mile from the Veterans Expressway, Keystone Manors has easy access to downtown Tampa and the Gulf of Mexico beaches in Clearwater and St. Petersburg. It is also within a mile of the Ed Radice Sports Complex and the Citrus Park Shopping Mall.

KEYSTONE MANORS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION


The Keystone Crossing(Keystone Manors) Homeowners Association was established on January 16, 1987 by the original developer, Independence Investment Company. The Association is a non-profit corporation registered with the State of Florida. It is managed by an elected Board of Directors which is comprised of a President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer all of which are homeowners in Keystone Manors. The day to day business of the Association is managed by a professional property management company that reports directly to the Board of Directors. The documents which govern the operation of the Association are:the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements(CCR&E),which is recorded in the Hillsborough County Clerk of Courts Office; the By-laws of Keystone Crossing Homeowners Association,Inc.; the Design Standards; and the Assessment Collection Resolution. All of these documents are posted on this web site. An Architectural Control Committee, established under Article V of the CCR&E and comprised of homeowners, is responsible for enforcing the guidelines set out in the Design Standards. The Association has an annual meeting, usually held in December, at which the election results for the Board of Directors is announced and the annual budget is approved.
