Kirkwood Neighbors

There are several neighbors myself included that are having a major issue w/Richard driving around and Harassing the kids..I understand there are a lot of problems going on in our neighborhood,but that is for the sheriffs dept to handle..I think its creepy and against the law for a grown man to follow kids around in his van.and honestly is starting to make me wonder.. .If anyone else is having this concern let me know..Something has to be done to protect the good kids..This is a family neighborhood,and while we need to get control of the kids causing problems we can't allow someone to harass and follow our kids around.in there own neighborhood!!.I thought his intentions were good but at this point, I'm beginning to believe he thinks he can take the law into his own hands and.owns the pool and neighborhood..I for one am going to do what it takes to put a stop to this..

It's finally great to see that residents of Kirkwood are caring about the politics of the community. I hope to see you all in November to step up to the plate and take a position on the board, or one of our many committees. We have many opportunities for residents to join committees that will better our community. If you wish to help out in any of these areas feel free to contact me.
