First of all if you had read carefully you would have noticed that the times listed are late evening and early morning hours. So unless you plan on mowing your lawn or having construction work done at 3 in the morning or some ridiculous time you aren't getting fined for anything during the daytime hours. I'm sorry but you presented a weak argument, and this is a great ordinance because people have jobs and school and children need to sleep not be disturbed by idiots blasting music or other loud noises.

I don't live in Bluebonnet Acres, but I do live in Bastrop Co. It is 7:52 on a Saturday night. We are in the house and the AC is on - 2 window units - in the living room and the bedroom - and I can still hear the Mexican music that has been playing since around 6. Is there anything I can do about it? No. Do I care if they want to play music? Not really. I just don't want to have to turn the television up to drown it out. 

Any idea if this applies to the utter lack of common courtesy by the unit that does PT in my backyard? They do nothing but sit back there watching each other play basketball screaming at the top of their lungs from 0630-0730. Motivation is ok but these idiots are screaming just for the sake of screaming. A lot of families here have sleeping babies and I'm sure they are as tired as I am of having their child awoken at 0630 constantly.

I agree!  I've lived in my home for 10 years.  My neighbor moved in 2 years ago and I fear the weekends because they have parties with DJ?? that lasts from 6p to daybreak in back yard w/ shooting to end the prty!  My bedroom corners their back yard and I can't even sleep when they party - unbelievable!  UNBELIEVABLE!
