My father worked in housing construction, and he said that in some neighborhoods they arent allowed construction workers on the weekends. It is bad enough that the workers come at like 6am and work until almost 9pm....but to come at those times on the weekend?!! My daughter isnt getting any sleep...what about your kids?...or even you...We work hard all week, just to be woken up early on the weekends when we should be resting. It ruins my day, and sets up a cranky mood for the rest of the day. There are places in and around San Antonio that do not allow workers to come on the weekend, or even give them time limits. Like you can only work on the weekends from 1-4pm. We need to set some limits like that here. The noise is annoying, and we pay dues every month. Why? To live in a noisy neighborhood? During the week they need to stop construction at 5 or 6pm and shouldnt even come on the weekend.

What communities don't allow workers in on the weekend?  I know people in multiple communities in SA and other cities.  I'm not familiar with this work being curtailed on the weekends.  If you have real concerns about the hours work crews are in the neighborhood I suggest your address directly to our management company so they can address the builder.  We've been in the neighborhood for nearly 5 years and have only had a few times there was any real issues.  Truly I think you need to address with the builder through the management company. Our builder is very reasonable and has worked with us on multiple issues.  

you need to complain to the board and sivage homes.  But doing nothing well not fix the problem.  Get your neighbors to complain also
