Procomm Problems?

Just wondering if anyone else has experienceded problems with our HOA mgmt company, PROCOMM. I've been struggling with their lack of customer service for the last couple of months over various fees that were paid by our title company at closing, but that they claim we still owe. They are extremely difficult to communicate with and have a habit of making false promises about returng phone calls.  

Our Property manager, Sylvia Coffe, was injured and we have recently been temporarily reassigned to Mary Ann Brown.

 

The board has also addressed the communication ;lapses with the Management of the company and should be good as gold again.  If the situation continues, please let us know.

I've had one concern that I e=mailed in, but received no response.  I then called in directly to Procomm and my concern was noted.  HOA fees increase and customer service decreases!

Just wanted to post an updated to my situation. I contacted PROCOMM again on Monday the 13th to discuss the erroneous charges I received but was told the Kriewald account manager was not in but would return my call within 48 hrs. By thursday the 23rd I still had  not received any call, so I called again and spoke to the front desk. Unfortunately, they told me, the Kriewald manager was not at her desk, and he would have her call me back. Of course, I have yet to receive a return call or email from them.   I'm going to pay my fees for 2011 on time, but I'm not going to pay these erroneous charges when they don't even have the decency to return my phone calls to discuss them. I'm growing really tired of their lack of customer service. Surely, I'm not the only one experiencing problems.
