A reward in the amount of $250 will be paid to any Kriewald Place resident who can provide evidence that leads to the arrest and conviction of taggers that tag within the borders of Kriewald Place Home Owners Association.
Tagging is NOT a victimless crime. Taggers cost every homeowner in our HOA over $4000 in clean-up costs during 2010. The Board of Directors and Safety Committee are committed to preventing this crime now and in the future. To that end please note that not only will we pursue criminal charges against the tagger, we will also pursue civil remedies to cover the clean-up costs.
