Kriewald Place

With the HOA Annual Yard sale only a few days away, we are now looking forward
to the 4th of July!

The civics committee (being only me.. unless others would like to volunteer for
this duty) is looking to to hold a BBQ... possibly with a DJ... it would be
held, of course, in the Krie/Shorebird  Lot.  I need to say that it will only be
held if we have volunteers that will actually HELP... as in organize, promote, etc.

IF NOT

We are looking for someone to organinze the National Night Out event (October 4).

The civics committee has been searching for volunteers for 3 years.  If no
volunteers step up, no events will happen  :(

Please volunteer to make your neighborhood a place you WANT to live.  We need
volunteers for 4th of July AND National Night out

I thought the yard sale event was a good time.  It was great seeing so many neighbors participate. It was great to see so many I had not seen in awhile and visit with new neighbors and others I had not met before.

I think we should try to do this more often.

Also, Dan and I are interested in helping with the National Night Out event.  However, we suggest rather than Tuesday night we try for Friday or Saturday as we might get a better turn out.

Any news on the NNO?  Do we have any other volunteers?
