It is official... the sale and use of fireworks within the limits of Bexar County is officially banned

The Board and Safety Committee members WILL be calling the police should we see any of them within the borders of Kriewald Place or close enough to count.  And we ENCOURAGE our residents to do the same.

The fun of neighbor's is NOT worth burning down a home.

Loud neighbors should be banned as well.  Why is there loud music shaking my house this time of night?  It's bedtime.  What is the homeowner's association doing about that? People are disturbing the peace frequntly for extended periods of time, on end.  I propose that they get a fine and be forced to end the party.  It's been two weeks in a row.  We do not live in seclusion.  There are people around you that do not wish to hear this noise.  As a matter of fact they may have jobs or want to attend church tomorrow, so turn the music down so that they may rest.  Thank you inconsiderate neighbors!

HOA can send the homeowner a letter asking them to keep music down... that's about it BUT... if it is between 10 PM and 6AM I would recommend calling 335-6000 option 1.  ask them to come out deal with the situation for you.  USUALLY this works.  if it doesnt work, call them again.  eventually the rude neighbor will get the message and a nice big fine.
