Kriewald Place

when is the next meeting.  What is the status on the Kriewald website that was going to be set up.  I know how hard it is to get people to get volunteer, as i had the same problem when i was president of my last home assoc. But as what was told to me you volunteered to step up and so it starts with the top people need to see somethings getting done, otherwise they feel that no one cares.  There are way TOO MANY homes with yards that have weeds and needs to be cut. Fences on the homeowner that have to be repaired and or replaced.  Its a hard job i know from experience but somethings needs to happen or you will lose all control of this neighborhood. 

kriewaldplace.com has been set up since August and was most recently updated yesterday.

As a president of a prior HOA you must know how tied up hands can be and the protocols that need to be followed to take action.  Most recently even more strigent laws have been put in place that make things all that more difficult to resolve timely.  

All action is taken as quickly as the law allows.

We all agree that we have homeowners who don't keep up their yards as they should, don't stow their trash cans like they should (out of sight) and that it takes too long to resolve the problems timely.
