Customer Service Call Center- "311" is your customer service assistance number (24 hours a day) for non-emergency calls and requests for services by the City. When you dial 311, a Customer Service Representative will answer your call, ask for detailed information, and send the information to the appropriate City Department for action. You can report things like pot holes, stray animals, garbage collection, graffiti, junked vehicles, broken traffic signals, brush collection, dead animals, high weeds, recycling, illegal dumping, street signs, and other City concerns. Your Neighborhood Association is NOT the one to call when you have a problem like this - you City is. The Neighborhood Association cannot force the police to respond quicker, or get a code violation handled any quicker than any other member of the Neighborhood. It is therefore requested you avail yourselves of this service which will, in fact, help to speed up the process by eliminating the "Middle Man", the Neighborhood Association.
