We are relatively new to this neighborhood and believe it to be very family oriented from all we have seen and yet, people fly down our street at speeds that are not safe for adults let alone small children. We live at the Boeckman Creek/Willow Creek Drive entrance. Now, I understand that this is another major entrance into this very large subdivision but once off Boeckman, I believe that all of us should slow to speeds that would expect young children to run into the street. I have noticed many young teen drivers (and adults) squealing around the corner only to punch the gas until they slow at the turn around. I believe that perhaps a speed bump right at the start might be the only thing to slow drivers and it is necessary when small children live at the first houses. Please slow down for our children. Will the 20 seconds saved by driving 40+ miles an hour really make a difference when a child could be hurt very critically. Please slow down or lets put in a device that would force drivers to slow down.
