Lafayette Park-Stockwell Place

The flowerbeds in the park have not been weeded or had any pine straw placed in quite some time. Did we ever get a new lawn/landscaping contract?

New Contract

We have in fact entered into a new contract for lawn care services. The new contractor was on site this last Friday. They will be having loads of eco-mulch delivered to work into our flowerbeds as they are definitely screaming for attention. We have been assured that over the next 3 weeks we should see noticeable results. Fire ant and weed control will now be a part of the weekly maintenance program. The common areas will be fertilized on a regular scheduale. We are excited about the upcoming improvements!
