My family recently moved into Brunswick in April of 2007. At the time we moved in I was contact by Laura Rives on behalf of the HOA. I gave her my name and a new access code for the front gate. Since that time I left a few messages and tried to email my request to get the name and code changed at the gate entrance. It has not been my top priority but it is September and I still use the previous owners access code and if I have a guest arrive after 7pm they have no way of reaching me since I am not listed on the directory at the gate. While I have been receiving all of the HOA information in the mail, I even got the request for the $400 assessment fee. I just can't get the entrance directory corrected. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

gate information
Mr. Williams...i fully apologize for your inconvenience. It was my understanding that your information had been updated into the system by an email that I received from the company confirming they had received and updated your information. I will recontact that company and get this resolved asap. I know you said that you left several messages at my house, but I did not receive any. Again, I am sorry for your inconvenience and I will resolve this asap. I still have all the information that gave the first time we talked. You may want to contact me and confer that the information that I have is still correct.

Thank You
I just wanted to thank both Laura Rives and Kimerly Allen. Both responded to my post for help first thing the next day and Ms. Rives took care of the matter immediately. Thanks again for the help. I truly appreciate it.
