Lake Cherokee Neighborhood Association

I have heard there was a heated argument over a Handicapped Parking space at the June meeting of the Stonebridge Commons Master Association meeting. Orlando Police had to be called and are investigating the incident now for charges. Anyone know more about this?

Has Your Car Been Towed?

Parking is a problem at Stonebridge and must be enforced. But giving a fly-by-night wrecker company carte blanche to tow cars seems a bit much. Did you know that towing fees are $100 plus a minimum of $20 a day storage for every day it's there?

Doesn't surprise me! This place really sucks. If I had known how bad the HOA was I would NEVER moved here. They make up rules as they go and are only enforced on certain people!

If you have concerns try to get in there and change things. One resident called our board communist because grass has to be a certain length and cars must have license plates. Never mind about the city coming in mowing your grass and giving you one hell of a ticket for your car.
