Living on 26th Ave. N. I see all the cars that go down the street. We have a 3 year old and a dog that both like to go outside, or maybe even across the street, without being run over. Maybe speed bumps would work. I know when the ST. Petersburg police put the speed checker on this street, the kids would race to see who would be clocked faster! Wasn't a good idea.
