I am looking for a realtor to help someone find a lakefront property.  I don't want just the "good ole boy" network.  I am looking for someone that will represent the buyer and not kick around the bush and knows what they are doing.  Sharp is what I need.  The last referral I gave irritated me so bad.  They did not represent the buyer and this is the year 2009 and I want an agent to be on top of the game!  Thanks for any information from anyone that has had a great experience.  PW
