The City of Lake Worth has begun developing the Energize Lake Worth initiative and to be successful we need your input! Join us for one, two or all of the Focus Groups planned throughout February and March. We will be listening to you and your visions for a sustainable city and reasonable ways to achieve these goals. The remaining Focus Groups are:
- Water Conservation – February 24, 2011 – Our Savior Lutheran Church
- Urban Forestry & Landscaping/Urban Agricultural – March 3, 2011 - First Baptist Church
- Waste Management & Recycling – March 9, 2011 - City Gymnasium
- Transportation – March 10, 2011 – City of Lake Worth Golf Course
- Sustainable Infrastructure – March 23, 2011 – City Annex
- Land Use and Sustainable Construction – March 31, 2011 – Location TBD
