Lake Rose History

Located near Chicasaw Trail and Lake Underhill Road, the Lake Rose community consists of 68 homes, completed in 1999.   Close to the Florida Hospital, Valencia Community College, and a number of stores, restaurants, banks, and a gym, Lake Rose boasts a location that makes for good living.  A short drive from downtown, Waterford Lakes, and major expressways make it easy to get around Orange County.

The Home Owners Association

The Home Owners Association is mandatory.  The HOA board consists of 5 residents and one manager.  The manager, working for Sentry Management, visits the area twice a month to document violations of the HOA the HOA rules and regulations.  The HOA has quarterly meetings and invites all home owners to attend.

Go Green & Be Safe

 A neighborhood with green lawns that are cut regularly not only adds value to the entire neighborhood, but is also a curtail to crime. It tells strangers that this is a neighborhood where people are outside, watching over one another, and keeps shady characters away.
