I accept the need for the ''special assessment'' fees, but thought this included the fixing of homeowners privacy fences. Everyday I still see these fences in disrepair. Unfortunately I missed that meeting but would like to know how and when the items it is expected to cover will be addressed.

Privacy Fence

Dear Homeowner,
I am glad you asked about the privacy fence because many others like yourself are waiting for the association to fix you fence. Please pass the word that the special assessment for costs shared by all of us does not include the privacy fences. The previous board voted to re-stake trees on private property but that was it.
If you have a damaged fence you need to fix it as soon as possible at your own expense. Violation letters will be going out in March regarding privacy fences among other violations. Again please pass this information along to your neighbors.

Special Assessment Fees

I myself fixed my own privacy fence. I thought I had read in the ''special assessment'' letter that it was covering such things. I had noticed that many of my neighbors were still waiting for theirs to be fixed and wondered why. Thanks for the update.
