I have seen many and by saying many I can probably say at least more than 10 violations that are in the neighborhood. And these have been here for months. Some grass in the homes needs water. One is now beyond being water. Privacy fences are missing pieces. Roofs are very dirty. There are basketball hoops that sit in the road. Not to mention all the cars parked in the road. One (hoop) has been in the road for about 2 months now. Not moved once not even for the storm that just passed. In the townhomes a sidewalk has been painted brown. ''?'' People park in the street so much in the town homes on the main road it's dangerous. You can't see turning onto the street. I am just curious as to why? Everyone knew buying here of the rules. I know now people can tell me to mind business or worse.
