Lakeridge-Whittier HOA

My name is Leonard Bernal I am a former resident of Lakeridge condo complex in Whittier and a current Real Estate Broker that has sold several units over the last 6 years. The HOA has not voted on renewing the F.H.A. financing approval necessary which allows first time buyers with less than 10% to purchase in Lakeridge. If this is not passed it will be detrimental to home values that have already been impacted. A large percent of buyer's in today's market are F.H.A. type buyers which keeps property values from sliding further. As homeowners in this community it is vital to act quickly to make sure it is on next months agenda and eventually passed. I am willing to attend the meeting on behalf of homeowners and express based on real statistics how this would effect the saleabilty for each homeowner.
