Lakeridge-Whittier HOA

WATCH OUT!!! lake ridge residents, although lake ridge seems to be a nice and charming place its far from it... BE AWARE!!! if you park your car here it may be towed without warning. since i been here iv endured two gun shot victim's in two years and lots of vandalism that goes on in the parking lot( i mean charcoal underneath cars lots of flat tires stolen vehicles etc... sometimes gardeners will cut limes of tress and leave them on the floor for an entire day.

Question: "you've 'endured' 2 gunshot victims"??!!! Does that mean two people were shot on the premises of the LAKERIDGE CONDO ASSOCIATION, or that you happened to come upon 2 separate people with gunshot wounds in the general area of Workman Mill Road?? Also, what does 'charcoal underneath cars' mean? How is the Board of Directors to work with? Are the meetings held when the general ownership population can attend? Do they publish minutes of the meetings so that everyone will know what business has transpired, etc? Thankyou
