I am a former resident of Knoell Gardens--having moved to Washington State about 9 years ago. I am the Pres. of a Neighborhood Association near Vancouver, Washington. I would like to start a dialogue on how to best to motivate residents about Neighborhood issues. We operate a lot of the time in crisis mode since some people do not respond unless there is a crisis. Would like to hear you views on some options to working well with community groups.
