Lakes of River Trails North

I live in Lakes of River Trails North. There is a house right by the lake that has roof shingles all missing- junk in the back yard- fence is all tore up. Is there anything that code compliance or the HOA can do. This is rather embarrasing.

Dear Neighbors,

 I am replying to this post to let you all know that Yes We are aware of the condition of the home on Lake Springs Trail by the water.  We are the new tenates and are working very diliagently to clean the place up.  The owner is working with us to resolve this "EYE SORE". So please be patient and look forward to it being better in the near future.  Thank you to all of our neighbors who have been very understanding and supportive.
